I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for your continued support.
Excluding the impact of the changes we have made in our accounting standards, the fiscal year ended March 2025 marked the fourth consecutive year of record results.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for the support and cooperation of our business partners, employees, shareholders, local communities, and all other stakeholders.

I was appointed President upon the approval of shareholders at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 20.
Inheriting the spirit of our founder, which has been preserved by successive presidents and predecessors, we are determined to make a sincere effort to achieve even higher goals.
It has now been a quarter of a century since our founder, Yataro Inaba, passed away and only a few within the company now have any direct knowledge of him. Nevertheless, our corporate motto, "Working with sincerity to make the world a brighter place," has not faded with time.
On the contrary, in the uncertain times of today when it is all too easy to fall into self-centered or short-sighted thinking, this guiding principle feels more important than ever before.

This year marks our 87th anniversary, and thanks to your continued support, we are now within sight of becoming a "100-year company".
Who is it that we serve, and what must we do to remain needed by society over the long term?
Returning to our corporate motto, we will strive to incorporate the ideas of future generations and our stakeholders, and remain committed to building an organization where each and every employee can think and act on their own initiative as we continue to move forward without pause.

Despite our current strong performance, the business environment ahead is expected to remain full of uncertainty. Once again, we are determined to devote ourselves to our business activities with "sincerity" in order to meet the expectations of our likeminded stakeholders. I would like to take this opportunity in closing to ask for your continued understanding and support.
